Please fill out the evaluation form below as completely as possible. Remember that your experiential learning does not have any exams or coursework. Your narrative is the only thing we have to assign a grade to. A flawlessly written narrative may be assigned an "A" or 4.0 for a particular aspect of learning, narratives of lesser quality will be assessed accordingly, and a poorly written narrative may not be accepted at all. In the event that a portfolio falls short of our degree requirements the applicant will be notified as to what additional requirements are necessary to complete the degree.

Any candidates falsifying data shall be permanently expelled from Batavia University, have all credits, degrees and student privileges revoked for life, and shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in the community wherein they reside both civilly and criminally.
